1. Core Workflow
  • Account Creation: Patient details (name, number, gender, age, creation date).
  • X-Ray (Optional): Upload X-ray PDF, select body part, enter issue.
  • Checkup: Patient details shown, disease/issue recorded, auto bill, discounts, final bill, next appointment scheduling.
  • Billing: Show bill, enter amount received, generate & print receipt.
2. Patient Management
  • Patients Page: Table with ID, Name, Number, Gender, Age.
  • Patient Details Page: Full data, visit history, future appointments, payment forms, and Medical History (allergies, chronic diseases, past surgeries).
3. Appointment Management
  • Calendar-based booking, rescheduling, and cancellation.
  • Doctors view daily/weekly schedule.
  • Patients assigned time slots.
  • WhatsApp reminders for upcoming appointments.
4. Financial Management
  • Expenses: Purchases, Repairs & Development, Food/Guest expenses.
  • Income: Patient fees, sale of items (e.g., machines).
  • Reports & Analytics: Daily/Monthly income reports, expense breakdown, patient flow, doctor performance.
5. User Roles & Permissions
  • Admin: Full access, manage doctors, employees, and settings.
  • Doctor: Access patient records, checkups, medical history, appointments.
  • Receptionist: Create accounts, manage appointments, billing, and patient records.
6. Notifications & Reminders
  • WhatsApp reminders for appointments, payment dues, and follow-up visits.
7. Settings & Customization
  • Add/remove doctors, employees, diseases, X-ray parts.
  • Change clinic name.
  • Save records to cloud.
